This would allow clients to meet with an attorney to establish their parent-time calendar for the upcoming year, and would allow them to address other issues such as special occasions, pick-up and drop-off, school functions, etc. These agreements would be codified in writing and signed by all parties and filed with the court. A written calendar would be given to both parties outlining their parent time. In addition the parent-time coordinator would be there to assist the parties when and if problems arose; If the parties were unable to reach an agreement, then the parent time coordinator would provide a written recommendation to the court or the special master whichever avenue was selected by the parties. The cost of this service is the Attorney’s hourly rate.
