Utah Custody.com LLC, provides a variety of services both internet based as well as at are physical location. Here is a list of service we offer to clients. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us , or come by and see the facility for your self. We are located in Ogden just past the 12th street exit. From I-15 take the 12th street exit head west until you reach 1900 west and then turn north we are down the street at 1920 West 250 North, Suite 1.
Custody Tracker and Time Swap- This will allow two parents to exchange email and calendar information with each other. Both parents will be provided a log in and email access to each other for parent-time issues. The cost of this service is free.
On- site Pick-up and Drop- off- This will allow exchanges of the minor children to occur at a neutral place. The parent dropping of the minor child(ren) will bring the child into the facility and log in as to time arrived and leave. The parent picking-up the child will then come into the facility and log in as to time the child was picked up and then leave. The Cost for this service is $15.00 per exchange.
Off-site Pick-up and Drop-off- A third party will meet clients at a specified location and will facilitate exchange documenting time arrived and time child was picked up for each exchange. The cost for this service is $25.00 per exchange.<!–[if !supportLists]–>
Monitored Supervision- A visitation room will be provided for the client and the minor child(ren). This room will be monitored by video cameras. A staff member will monitor the visitation from a remote location and will stop visitation if any problems arise. Staff will not, however, be in the room for visitation and will not have line of sight visitation at all times. The cost of this service is $30.00 an hour
On-site Supervision- A trained staff member will provide constant line of sight supervision of the minor child(ren) during the visitation. Staff member will then produce a forensic report of the visitation for each client. The cost of this service will be $35.00 an hour.
Off-site Supervision- A trained staff member will accompany the client and the minor child(ren) to an off- site location for visitation services. Staff member will provide a forensic report of the visitation for each client. The cost of this service will be$ 45.00 an hour.
Off-site Locations must be approved by all parties and Utah Custody at least 24 hours prior to the visitation; and can never include movie theaters, swimming facilities, or out of state locations.
Off-site Visitations will begin and end at Utah Custody; the Client will be responsible for all transportation of the minor children and the supervisor.
Therapeutic Supervision- A supervised visitation with a licensed clinical therapist who will provide assistance during visitation to both the parent and the minor children. The cost for this service will be $150.00 an hour.
On-site Peer Parenting- Visitations will be with a child development specialist who will assist parents in customized parenting concerns that are identified either by the parent, the court or other administrative agency. The cost of this visitation service will be $45.00 an hour.
Child Development Classes - Classes will be taught by a Child Development specialist and will offer a variety of age and issue specific classes that will range from discipline to safety issues and age appropriate expectations. The cost for this service will be $35.00 a class per family.
Parent-time Coordinator- This would allow clients to meet with an attorney to establish their parent-time calendar for the upcoming year, and would allow them to address other issues such as special occasions, pick-up and drop-off, school functions, etc. These agreements would be codified in writing and signed by all parties and filed with the court. A written calendar would be given to both parties outlining their parent time. In addition the parent-time coordinator would be there to assist the parties when and if problems arose; If the parties were unable to reach an agreement, then the parent time coordinator would provide a written recommendation to the court or the special master whichever avenue was selected by the parties. The cost of this service is the Attorney’s hourly rate.
DVD copy of visitation- A DVD copy of the visitation can be requested by either client up to 30 days after the visitation. The cost of the DVD will be $10.00 per disk.
